Refunds of overpayments in AUD will be made in AUD to your nominated Australian bank account.

Topping up a Wallet of Satoshi is restricted to a maximum total of $1000 AUD. Bitcoin and Lightning balances are also included in this total. If you attempt to credit your wallet with more than $1000 AUD equivalent, you will need to contact email@example.com to get a refund.
At any time, you can refer to the transaction history section of the website or mobile app to see the record of at least your last 10 transactions.
There is a fee of 4.9% + GST on AUD top ups.
There is a fee of 0.3% on BTC top ups.
There is no fee to receive Lightning payments.
There may be a variable routing fee applied when sending Lightning payments. This fee is passed on to Lightning nodes routing the payment, and is not retained by Wallet of Satoshi. Additionally there is a fixed fee of 1 satoshi (0.00000001 BTC) for transaction amounts over 200 satoshis (0.000002 BTC), and a fee of 0.3% on amounts over 200,000 satoshis (0.002 BTC).
There is a variable mining fee applied when sending BTC 'on-chain' payments. This fee goes directly to the miners, and is not retained by Wallet of Satoshi. Additionally there is a 'conversion fee' of 1% applied to all BTC payments.
